How to Read Books on iPad?
1. Purchase an iPad. If you are in the market for a Kindle or another e-Reader than Kindle’s $489 price tag makes iPad somewhat of a bargain. The basic model at $499 is really all you need if you want nothing more than a glorified e-book.
2. Purchase the iBooks app. Apple will charge $9.99 for iBooks, which is compatible with their Mac versions.
3. Adjust the screen and light to how you want to read. Select the fonts you would like to read with. You’ll be able to change fonts and jump between chapters, as with other readers. So if you are familiar with Kindle or Nook you will feel comfortable.
4. Select your literature off the library shelf interface. There will be books from Hachette, HarperCollins, Penguin, Simon & Schuster, and Macmillan on display. Add Apps from Newspapers like New York Times.
Relax and begin reading.
