I was looking on Barnes & Noble at the new device they have called a "nook" and I was very interested in getting one and I was watching the video they provide you to give a look at what it does before you go out and buy it and I was wondering when you buy a eBook on the device were does it bill you? I would like to know cause I don’t have any credit cards for them to bill to. Thanks tons!!!
Well, hate to break it to you, but you need either a credit card or debit card to download Ebooks from home or through the 3G network. Alternatively, you may be able to buy Ebooks at a Barnes & Noble store and have them put it on The Nook; however, I am not sure about that last part.

Yes, unfortunately, you need to have credit card in order to buy books on your ebook readers.
I’m not sure if you will consider the Amazon Kindle, but I’ve given a comparison between the Nook and the Kindle some time ago in another answer here:

You still need to have credit card or debit card to purchase ebooks for the Amazon Kindle. However, if you’re able to ask somebody to get you Amazon gift card, you’ll be able to apply to your Amazon account and buy books on the Kindle. See "Using Gift Cards for Kindle Purchases" here:
