OH, i forgot to ask. I should I approach this workout as far as sets/cycles go? In other words, is this workout meant to be the main portion of a workout or maybe a supplement? Such as, used as burnout exercises after benching, or maybe exercises to do b4 bed [of course the main workout being performed earlier in the day]. If this is the main workout, should I be looking to do 3 to 4 sets or cycles?

@dto796 use the wall or sofa to do some of the moves…for others practice trying to hold plank position…if your issue is weight…then really focus 80 percent of your workout towards cardio and 20 percent towards resistance training…ok?~ahmad
